STEM EXPO Line-up

Get ready for the Delaware STEM Expo! You’re invited to meet and mingle with representatives from local STEM organizations at a free public event Saturday March 7 at Cab Calloway School of the Performing Arts in Wilmington.

Over 20 educational and business groups will be on hand with information, exhibits, and demonstrations for visitors of all ages. Doors open 1 pm.

Do you want to give your child a jump-start on a high paying, exciting career in the future, all while having fun? The LEGO Mindstorm Robotics camps at BOTH Delaware State University’ s Dover Campus and its Wilmington (Kirkwood Highway) Site* are a perfect way to do just that.

This program will allow students to develop skills in science, mathematics, technology and engineering…. while promoting teamwork, cooperative learning and computer programming skills.

Legos! Legos! Legos! | Grades K-3 | Cost $125 each.

•June 8 – 12, June 22 – 26, July 6 – 10, July 20 – 24 and August 3 – 7 | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

MindStorm Robotics | Grades 4-8 | Cost $125 each.

•Beginner | June 8-12, July 6-10 and 27-31 | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

•Intermediate | June 15 – 19, July 13 – 17 and August 3 – 7 | 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
