MOE 365 FTC heads for World Championship

Winning the coveted Inspire award at PA’s FTC event in March, MOE365 FTC team has secured a place at the upcoming World Championship event in St Louis in April 2013.

According to Thomas Zawislak, Pennsylvania FIRST FTC Affiliate Partner,“When it comes to analyzing problems, developing options, and implementing solutions, this team is exceptional. They are the face of Social Media in FIRST. Their team spirit and gracious professionalism stands out. You can’t miss these guys on the street….365 days a year, they are truly a role model for FTC.”

FSR Robotics Competitions- Three regional events on one day at the Bob

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT- FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
With three competitions highlighted under one roof simultaneously, FSR’s FIRST® Robotics’ Jr.FLL®, FLL®, FTC® Event is the only one of its kind in the country.

Jr. FIRST® LEGO® League (for ages 6-9), FIRST® LEGO® League (for ages 9-14) and FIRST® Tech Challenge Regional (for high school students) will all be in action with over 100 student teams from at least six states expected, and students ranging in age from six to eighteen. The event which is free and open to the public will be held at the Bob Carpenter Center and is likely to be the largest student robotics event ever held in Delaware.

 

TOURNAMENT GOAL

FIRST® competitions are designed to build self-confidence, knowledge and life skills while motivating young people to pursue opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
